PLEASE NOTE: It is your sole responsibility to comply with your employer's gift policies. If your participation violates your employer's policies, you may be disqualified. K2view disclaims any and all liability and will not be party to any disputes or actions related to this matter.
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES: K2view Government employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
START AND END DATES
This Contest starts on March 11, 2024, and ends on March 13, 2023 ("Entry Period") at 6 pm ET. Winners will be selected on March 13, 2023, at 7pm ET.
Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
CAN I ENTER?
You are eligible to enter if you meet all of the following requirements at time entry:
- You are a registered attendee of Gartner DA Summit Orlando;
- You are 18 years of age or older;
- You are NOT a resident of any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria (due to US export regulations);
- You are NOT event exhibitor support personnel, vendor or supplier;
- You are NOT an employee, consultant or contractor of K2view, or an employee, consultant or contractor of any of the entities in K2view’ group; and
- You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a K2view employee, consultant or contractor, an employee, consultant or contractor of any of the entities in K2view’ group, any person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest.
This Contest is void where prohibited by law.
HOW DO I ENTER?
You can enter here: [link]. We will only accept one (1) entry(ies) per entrant. We are not responsible liable for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason or for entries that do meet the Contest's criteria or rules.
We will automatically disqualify:
- Any incomplete or illegible entry;
- Any entry that excess the entry limit described above;
- Any entry that does meet the Contes’t criteria;
- Any entry that contradict the Contes’t rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES
On March 13, 2023, at 7pm ET we will randomly select the winner for each of the two grand prizes.
We will only award one (1) prize(s) per person during the Entry Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected and notified by email at the Gartner DA Summit Orlando event and must be present in the K2view booth to win and get their prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this Contest you agree to:
- Abide by these Official Rules; and
- Release and hold harmless K2view and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won; and
- Agree and consent that by accepting a prize, K2view will post/announce the winners’ proper names online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Contest, without reuiring additional consent and without payment or compensation to the winners.
CONTESTUNPLANNED EVENTS AND FORCE MAJEURE
If catastrophic event, or a fraud is discovered, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled (including force majeure) affects the fairness and/or integrity and/or existence of this Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or change this Contest or any of its rules or criteria. This right is reserved to any event or factor. If a solution cannot be found to allow for the Contest to continue in the manner K2view intended it to be, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Contest. Any and every decision under these rules of the Contest is at K2view’ sole and final discretion.
If you attempt or we have strong reason to believe that you have compromised the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Contest by cheating, hacking, creating a bot or other automated program, or by committing fraud in any way, we may seek damage compensations from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, we may disqualify you, and ban you from participating in any of our future Contest.
