Requirements

What you will need:

10+ years of working experience in the Sales areas of risk and compliance and operations and technology. For example: Digital Transformation, Cloud Enablement, Test Data Management, Network Transformation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance, Data Orchestration
Recent experience as a leader for a technology company with the potential to successfully break into Fortune 2000.
Inherent understanding of technology with an affinity to pick up current technologies and solutions and sell with a successful track record of closing deals.
A strong and established network of internal connections; this internal network is innately familiar with this person’s credibility as an expert in presenting solutions.
Track record of hiring/building a successful sales, pre-sales, account management, and program management teams.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Experience working in an environment that is high growth and scaling.
Ability to professionally navigate social and cultural complexities, as well as make personal decisions to achieve positive results; utilizing your Emotional Intelligence or “EQ” will play a key factor.
