All K2view customers are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Engineer (CSE) – who works closely with your team to gain a comprehensive understanding of your ongoing challenges, and providing you with expert guidance on best practices, ensuring that you derive maximum value from your investment.

Chapter 01

Consulting Offerings

We offer three consulting offerings for your success:

  • Free Adoption Consulting: As a new customer, you will be eligible for our Adoption Consulting package, which offers up to 120 hours of complimentary consulting services. During the first 3-months of your implementation, your dedicated CSE will work proactively with you to ensure a seamless adoption of the relevant K2view products.  
  • Free Ongoing Consulting: Customers that have purchased K2view's Gold SLA (as detailed here) will continue to receive ongoing, complimentary consulting throughout the license term. This includes up to 8 consultancy hours per month, at no additional cost. We prioritize your success and provide the expertise and guidance you require throughout the duration of your license term.
  • General Consulting Pack: If you require additional consultancy services, 50-hour Consulting Packs provide guaranteed availability within 3 business days of request for service. Our concierge consulting approach ensures that you have access to the relevant assistance to maximize the value of your investment in K2view’s software.

With K2view Concierge Consulting, you'll benefit from:

  • Strategic Guidance: Our experienced staff will work closely with you to understand your specific business challenges and help you develop a strategic roadmap for successful product adoption. You'll receive personalized recommendations and best practices to maximize the value of your investment.
  • Customized Solutions: Our consultants will provide you with tailored solution guidance based on your unique requirements. Whether you need assistance with capacity planning, product installation, configuration, integration, architecture, data modeling or production on-boarding, our experts will deliver customized solution guidance to meet your business needs.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Our consultants will share their in-depth product knowledge and industry expertise with your team, empowering them with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively use our products. This will help your team become self-sufficient in managing the K2view platform, reducing your dependency on external services.

Chapter 03

Prerequisites

Before engaging with our Concierge Consulting teams, we request that the following 2 prerequisites be met:

  • Product Training: Before implementation begins, it is essential for your technical teams to complete the online K2view product courses.

    This training is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of the consulting services. The training courses can be accessed online at K2view Academy. It's important to note that training hours are not counted towards the Concierge Consulting hours.

  • Kickoff Meeting: A kickoff meeting will be conducted with both K2view and the customer to introduce each other, discuss the customer's requirements, explain the engagement process with K2view's Delivery team, go over SLAs, and more.

    This meeting will involve the participation of a K2view Customer Business Executive (CBE), K2view Customer Success Engineer (CSE), and the K2view Regional Delivery Manager.

Chapter 04

Scope of Services

Our Concierge Consulting packages will provide to you a comprehensive guidance and support through all phases, from purchase to production and postproduction.

Concierge consulting covers the following activities:

  • Discovery and assessment: Conduct project assessment, identify key data sources and integration challenges.
  • Requirements gathering: Facilitate stakeholder engagement and identify project objectives.
  • Architecture & solution design: Collaborate with technical teams, advise on integration patterns and data modeling.
  • Implementation: Advise on data mapping and transformation, review implementation, advise on implementation issues.
  • System integration, installation, and configuration: Systems integration guidance for connectivity, APIs, GG, data extract, data transfer, environment configuration and dev-ops.
  • Security: Advise best practices for access controls and data security measures, data masking, encryption.
  • Testing: Advice on implementation verification testing, review performance results, suggested optimizations.
  • Optimization: Advise on issue troubleshooting, review implementation, advise on configuration optimizations.
  • Rollout & post-production: Advise on hardware definition and sizing, design, implementation, testing, production environment configuration, review non-functional test results, advise on performance optimizations, production deployment, rollout plan and runbook, integration with monitoring systems and monitoring metrics and alerts.
