LaTasha oversees business unit technology planning, prioritization, and execution related to Quality Assurance and Enterprise Service Management at Regions Bank.

Kallem is responsible for software delivery for the ServiceNow platform at Regions Bank, enterprise testing and work item management tools, enterprise quality assurance services, and test automation.

Kallem holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Mississippi.

Jon is responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of software solutions and services spanning AT&T Business, AT&T Mobility & Entertainment, and AT&T Network Operations. His team also includes AT&T’s Israel software development center and the Flex Force operation, which enables rapid scaling of new technology initiatives.

Jon and his team are actively transforming IT at AT&T by adopting Scaled Agile and DevOps models, simplifying the IT architecture, automating business processes, and they are changing the way they innovate in partnership with AT&T’s business units. These initiatives are driving improvements to speed, cost, quality, and customer experience.

Jon earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Stanford University. He and his family live in Dallas.

Tony has 37 years of IT experience in the financial industry.  He worked for USAA for 29 years, supporting multiple lines of business ranging from Investments Management to Property and Casualty.

Tony has been with Schwab for 8 years, supporting Adviser Services, Core Technology Service, and now, Strategy and Business Management.  As Managing Director of Enterprise Delivery Enablement, he is responsible for Testing, Delivery Pipelines and Enterprise tools capabilities, support, and standards. 

Ram Reddy oversees Verizon’s billing systems for Wireless, Consumer Wireline, Wholesale and Enterprise Product Catalog, with responsibility for technology strategy, planning, software delivery, and operations. His organization is in the process of modernizing Verizon’s billing platform, from Mainframe technologies to a distributed cloud platform.

Ram joined Verizon in 1999 as a software engineer, and has managed complex OSS/BSS platforms across Wireline and Wireless businesses. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad India and a MBA from University of Texas, Austin. He is an avid runner and lives in Dallas.

Maya serves as the Chief Information Officer of two leading telecommunications companies in Israel, Pelephone and yes.

Maya has been working in the field of information systems and technology for nearly thirty years, and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Her mantra has always been to "think simply" and always consider the day after, right from the start. She loves music and the sea, and in her free time, tries to incorporate these passions into her life.

Greg Cento is the AVP, Enterprise Quality Engineering Platform.

Starting 2021, Greg was accountable for leading the enterprise transformation of Sun Life's testing teams from traditional SQA to Quality Engineering.

Greg and his team now provide a full suite of QE capabilities to Sun Life's enterprise IT organization.

Greg has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and large organizational transformation.

As CIO of Cellcom Group, Israel’s leading telecom company, I bring 35+ years of IT experience across software, hardware, and systems analysis. I lead digital transformation efforts, focusing on AI and GenAI integration, including AI-powered CRM via K2view. My role includes driving innovation in customer service and Cellcom’s dynamic TV platform.

Holds a BSc and MSc in Mathematics, supporting a career grounded in analytical and technical expertise.
