Achi Rotem

CEO & Co-founder

Achi Rotem founded K2View in 2009 and now serves as the company’s CEO. Prior to founding K2View, Achi held several key positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), where he led major and complex BSS migration projects, including the migration process following the Sprint-Nextel merger. Previously, Achi was AVP, Chief Solutions Architect, at TTI (Team Telecom International, NASDAQ: TTIL, later acquired by TEOCO Corporation), where he was actively engaged in translating market requirements into viable solutions with true business value.

Rafi Cohen

COO & Co-founder

Prior to joining K2View, Rafi Cohen held several key positions at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), most recently heading up the Worldwide Migration group, where he managed a team of 400 people responsible for data migration projects in diverse, complex environments. Previously, Rafi served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Computer and Technology division, where he managed major computer centers and a large team of software engineers, system analysts and programmers. Rafi holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven in CT, USA.

Yuval Perlov

CTO

Yuval Perlov started his career at Team Telecom International (NASDAQ: TTIL, later acquired by TEOCO Corporation) where he created state-of-the-art mediation and ETL products for the Telecom industry, advancing to the role of AVP in charge of R&D for North America. He then proceeded to lead a development group in the eBay catalogs team. Prior to joining K2View Yuval served as CTO of Nextrade Ltd., creating innovative products in the financial sector. He is an alumnae of Tel Aviv University.

Dror Harel-Elkayam

CFO

Dror brings over 20 years of experience to K2View, serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Attunity Ltd. (ATTU, NASDAQ), a fast-growing, publicly-traded global software corporation. Attunity was recently acquired by Qlik Technologies, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company. As Attunity’s CFO, Dror oversaw Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance and Investor Relations, while building strong teams and talents globally via selective hiring, coaching and mentoring. Dror holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Mony Ben-Avi

Executive Vice President, Global Communications & Media

Prior to joining K2View, Mony Ben-Avi held senior management roles at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), most recently SVP, Customer Delivery, where he conceived, developed and delivered complex, fully-integrated market solutions and recruited and led large-scale, multi-disciplinary and globally-distributed teams. Mony holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering.

Aaron Fullen

Executive Vice President, Global Sales

Aaron Fullen is Executive Vice President, Global Sales at K2View. Fullen is an accomplished global sales leader with experience building teams that take innovative technologies to market and turn small cap companies into mid-cap companies. Fullen is a trusted sales leader with C-level credibility and skill with Fortune 1000 executives as well experience nurturing and retaining alpha-sellers. Fullen’s skillset includes detailed familiarity with telecom and bank operations as well as with analytics, digital advertising, billing and related fields.

Lesli Mais

Vice President of People

Lesli brings to K2View her 20+ years of experience in the area of People Strategy across diverse environments that include Fortune 500, technology start-ups, and retained and contingent search environments. With broad experience in Talent Acquisition, Change Management, and People Strategy, Lesli ensures K2View’s people, infrastructure, and strategies are in place and in sync, and that our company culture is aligned with K2View’s vision, mission and goals. With an atmosphere of credibility, communication and understanding, Lesli works to build, maintain, and empower K2View’s team of world-class talent. Lesli is a graduate of Baylor University.

Roni Yustman

Legal Counsel

Roni oversees corporate and commercial legal matters for K2View’s global group of companies. Prior to joining K2View, Roni had 15+ years of experience providing legal counsel to numerous governmental, municipal and commercial organizations. As part of this, Roni served as legal counsel for various branches of the IDF including the military telecommunications branch. In her senior capacity in a leading northern law firm, Roni provided legal advice to both high- and low-tech companies as well as regional councils. Roni holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Haifa and a Master’s in negotiation and conflict resolution management from Bar Ilan University.

Steven D. Kostyshen

Chairman of the Board

Steve has 25+ years experience as an angel investor and serial entrepreneur in the technology industry – including 14 years as the founder and CEO of 2 enterprise software companies. Over the course of his career, Steve has worked internationally in over a dozen countries and dealt extensively with C-suite executives in global leaders including American Express, AT&T, General Motors, Federal Express, Fidelity Investments, Dell Computer and Mobil Oil.

After founding and successfully exiting his second start up, Informiam, Steve decided to employ his capital to assist young entrepreneurs in their quests to create new enterprises. Utilizing his background in sales, product management, and software engineering, he has spent the past several years working with innovative and energetic founders as a board member, coach and mentor. He was a first round angel and board member in Demandforce (acquired by Intuit), and was previously a board member of Camilion Solutions (acquired by SAP) and Axxiom Technologies. He currently holds angel investments in enterprise software, health care, AI and other technology start-ups.

Prior to founding his own entrepreneurial ventures, Steve worked for Nortel Communications and Arthur Andersen in Management Consulting. Steve has been a frequent speaker at technology industry events, has been quoted in technology and business publications, and has appeared on CNBC. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Nick Lazzaro

Chief Evangelist, Board Member & Advisor

Mr. Nick Lazzaro is an accomplished executive, with 20+ years experience in technology and telecommunications, including executive positions at Synchronoss, Vonage and Amdocs. He has a solid track record of building successful software businesses and running technology organizations in both large and small environments. Most recently, Nick was CEO of K2View, where he led the company’s rapid growth as it transitioned from a services-led organization to a product-led one. He currently remains as a K2View board member, advisor, and chief evangelist.

Prior to this, Nick held several management positions including, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Product Development at Synchronoss Technologies (SNCR), Senior Vice President of Product Development, Information Technology and Mobile at Vonage Communications (VG), and Division President at Amdocs (DOX). He also has held roles at SBC Communications, Ernst and Young, Iridium, and served as Vice President at Fujitsu. Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from SUNY Buffalo.

Doug Pauly

Board Member

Doug Pauly serves as President of Ice Lakes Investments, a privately held fund focused on Israeli software and technology companies. Ice Lakes has been an outside investor and consultant for K2View since 2013. Doug also serves as President of Northern Fruit Company, a fruit growing, packing, marketing and exporting company in Wenatchee, Washington.
