Broadway powers K2view’s entity-level data products across batch, real-time, AI, and operational workloads

DALLAS, Sep 2, 2026 – K2view today announced that it has been awarded U.S. Patent No. 12,608,302 for technology underlying Broadway, its visual data orchestration and execution engine.

Broadway brings data movement and processing together in a single visual, executable flow. The patented technology enables engineers to design complex data pipelines while inspecting the data moving between processing steps, making data flows easier to build, understand, and troubleshoot.

Broadway is a core execution engine behind K2view’s entity-centric data products. It orchestrates how data for a business entity, such as a customer, account, loan, order, or device, is ingested from fragmented systems, unified, transformed, governed, and delivered as fresh business operational context.

Supporting bulk and batch processing, replication and CDC, streaming, APIs, and real-time access, Broadway enables the same reusable data product to serve both push- and pull-based workloads.

Today, Broadway flows can also be created and modified using natural language, enabling business and data SMEs to automate integration logic without working directly in code.
“Broadway was built to make the movement and processing of enterprise data part of a single executable flow,” said Yuval Perlov, CTO of K2view and inventor of the patented technology. “Today, it’s the engine behind our entity-centric data products, orchestrating how data for each business entity is assembled, transformed, and delivered. That foundation is increasingly important as enterprises need fresh, trusted business context to power AI, applications, analytics, and testing.”

K2view uses Broadway-powered data products across a range of enterprise workloads, including:

  • AI context assembly and delivery: Assembling fresh, governed business operational context for AI agents and applications at conversational speed.

  •

Data migration: Transforming and delivering complete business entities from legacy systems into modern applications.

  •

Lake and lakehouse hydration: Delivering operational data through batch, CDC, and streaming pipelines.

  •

Test data provisioning: Ingesting, masking, subsetting, cloning, synthesizing, and provisioning complete business entities.

  •

Operational integration: Synchronizing data across systems and supporting real-time, bi-directional data exchange.

Broadway works in concert with K2view’s patented Micro-Database technology, which maintains the data context for each individual business entity, physically or in memory. The Micro-Database establishes the entity as the unit of context, while Broadway orchestrates how that context is continuously assembled, processed, and delivered.

U.S. Patent No. 12,608,302, titled “Method and System for Efficiently Creating and Assessing Work and Data Flows,” names K2view CTO Yuval Perlov as inventor and adds to K2view’s intellectual property portfolio in entity-centric data management and operational data delivery.
